This 1957 Chevrolet BelAir 2-door hardtop is owned by Steve Cheney of Plymouth, MN. He bought it "some years back" after it had been restored in 1985. The paint very closely matches the original Chevrolet two-tone color scheme of Tropical Turquoise and India Ivory. It is powered by a "small-block" 283 cubic inch V-8.
Transmission is the 2-speed Powerglide unit found in most all Chevrolets of that era. Wheels are standard 14" steel rims with original Chevrolet wheel covers. Tires are wide whitewalls, C78 x 14 in size. Interior is turquoise vinyl and cloth as came from the factory.
